Funkcija

Ovaj protein je visoko izražen uendotelnim ćelijama. On vezuje sfingozin-1-fosfat sa visokim afinitetom i specifičnošću, i smatra se da učestvuje u procesima koji regulišu diferencijaciju endotelnih ćelija. Aktivacija ovog receptora indukuje međućelijskuadheziju.[2]
