Worker's Cap
TheWorker's Cap isheadgear in theSplatoon series.
It is a 3-star item produced byGrizzco and comes with a random primaryability generated when it is received.It is only available as a reward fromSalmon Run as the monthly gear or in a Pink Capsule. It cannot be ordered from another player.
Appearance
The Worker's Cap is the hat used as part of employees' work suits inSalmon Run andGloopsuits inSalmon Run Next Wave . Unlike its Salmon Run version, it lacks the two packs on the sides that act asspecial weapons, and the cap's bill and netting matches the ink color of the wearer.

The Worker's Cap comes with a random primaryability that can also appear as secondary abilities, which prevents the wearer from havingComeback,Last-Ditch Effort,Opening Gambit, orTenacity as they are exclusive toHeadgear and cannot appear as secondary abilities. This primary ability is assigned randomly when the item is received. As a 3-star item, the Worker's Cap comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. Sinceit is made by theGrizzcogear brand, it has equal chances to roll any secondary ability.

The Worker's Cap comes withSpecial Saver as the primaryability. As a 2-star item, the Worker's Cap comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. The star level may be increased withSuper Sea Snails for 5 (third), 10 (fourth), or 20 (fifth) Super Sea Snails per star. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level. Sinceit is made by theGrizzcogear brand, it has equal chances to roll any secondary ability.
