8,500. It can only be ordered from another player after being unlocked.
Appearance
The Scrum Cap is a plain rugby helmet completely covered with horizontally placed tabs, which change color to match the wearer's ink. The helm features foam intersections in the middle, along the vent holes and the front pad. The rear also features a split sewn with stitches. A black chin strap is attached to the bottom edges. The front possesses a black symmetrical tab with a Forge logo, sandwiched between the intersections.

The Scrum Cap comes withSpecial Saver as the primaryability when purchased from a shop or ordered fromMurch. When purchased fromSplatNet 3, it comes with any other primary ability normally available to Headgear. As a 2-star item, the Scrum Cap comes with three additional slots for secondary abilities. The star level may be increased withSuper Sea Snails for 5 (third), 10 (fourth), or 20 (fifth) Super Sea Snails per star, or by purchasing additional copies of it from Naut Couture for 50,000 (third), 100,000 (fourth), or 200,000 (fifth) Cash per star. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level. Sinceit is made by theForgegear brand, it has a higher chance of rollingSpecial Power Up and a lower chance of rollingInk Saver (Sub) to fill its secondary ability slots.
