Appearance
The Rockenberg Black is a simple short-sleeved T-shirt that, despite the name, is not black, but a very dark gray. On the chest is theInkling text from theRockenberg logo in white, and on the back is a large version of the full Rockenberg logo, also in white. On the left side of the shirt, at about waist level, there is a tiny red-orange tag. InSplatoon 3, the shirt can be changed into an oversized version using the "Adjust Gear" feature.

Increasing the star level to 1 or 2 stars will add a secondary ability slot per level, up to a maximum of three slots. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level.
