Missile Octocopters are anOctarian enemy appearing inSplatoon 2'sOcto Expansion. They only ever appear asSanitized Octarians. They are similar toOctostrikers fromOcto Valley, but attack usingTenta Missiles rather thanInkstrikes.

Description

Despite being named afterOctocopters, Missile Octocopters are similar in appearance toOctobombers, wearing red goggles and a helmet with a muzzle on top, similar to that worn by Octostrikers. This enemy flies in the same manner as a standard Octobomber, but instead of launchingSplat Bombs, it fires barrages ofTenta Missiles from its helmet. Unlike Octostrikers, Missile Octocopters lack the ability to predict the player's movement and take lessdamage to defeat. There is also a variant of the Missile Octocopter called theSpeedy Missile Octocopter, which, like theRocket Octocopter andRocket Octobomber, has four tubes on its head that allow it to dodge attacks.
