Hotlantis is a general store run byHarmony inSplatoon 3. It is located inSplatsville, but can also be accessed fromInkopolis Plaza andInkopolis Square through thearcade machine.

Description

Barry C., the manager of Hotlantis, is rarely present, so the shop is instead run byHarmony, one of its frequent customers.

Hotlantis sells stickers, posters, and other cosmetic items for decorating in thelocker room that can be purchased withcash earned from multiplayermatches,Salmon Run shifts, and "simple"Mystery Boxes. The store's in-gamecatalog features seasonal items that are collected as the player's catalog level goes up. The catalog is also swapped out for a fresh one with new items every three months.

While in the shop, the player can press to show the scale of the selected item compared to their locker, and press to purchase the item. Pressing allows the player to enterCrush Station,Shrimp Kicks, orShella Fresh, and pressing similarly allows them to enterAmmo Knights, while pressing takes the player back to the main hub.

Hotlantis is a physical building that the player can enter inSplatsville. On its outside walls, signatures from the artists ofSquid Squad, theSquid Sisters,Hightide Era,Chirpy Chips,Wet Floor,Off the Hook,Bottom Feeders,Ink Theory,SashiMori, andDiss-Pair can be seen. InInkopolis Plaza andInkopolis Square, it is instead accessed remotely via anarcade machine that has been converted into a terminal, which is found in the place where the arcade machine originally was in Inkopolis Plaza, and next toYe Olde Cloth Shoppe in Inkopolis Square. The player does not appear in the store; instead, Harmony looks down at herSea-Cucumber Phone, and a fewjellyfish customers appear in the background. The music used is a remix ofLookin' Fresh (in Inkopolis Plaza) orNew You (in Inkopolis Square) that incorporates parts ofDripping with Style, the theme that plays in Hotlantis in Splatsville.

Quotes

Fortunately, cool stickers and other decorations can be obtained locally atHotlantis. Nobody knows the store better thanHarmony, who has spent so much time shopping there that the owner pretty much leaves her in charge. Check in daily for a rotating selection of goodies!

Oh, you can also get your catalog at Hotlantis! The catalog is filled with seasonalgear and items that you can collect by participating in battles and taking onSalmon Run jobs. There's a new one every three months, so you'll always have a fresh selection to keep you busy.
