Appearance
The Grape Tee is a purple short-sleeved T-shirt. On the front is the text from the Skalop logo in white, repeated vertically three times. On the lower back is the same word in light purple, and just below the nape of the neck is a tiny white label. InSplatoon 3, the shirt can be changed into an oversized version using the 'Adjust Gear' feature.

As a 0-star item, the Grape Tee comes with one additional slot for secondaryabilities. The star level may be increased withSuper Sea Snails for 1 (first), 1 (second), 5 (third), 10 (fourth), or 20 (fifth) Super Sea Snails per star, or by purchasing additional copies of it from Man-o'-Wardrobe for 10,000 (first), 30,000 (second), 50,000 (third), 100,000 (fourth), or 200,000 (fifth) Cash per star. Increasing the star level to 1 or 2 stars will add a secondary ability slot per level, up to a maximum of three slots. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level. Sinceit is made by theSkalopgear brand, it has a higher chance of rollingQuick Respawn and a lower chance of rollingSpecial Saver to fill its secondary ability slots.
