Appearance
The Cycle King Cap is a short-brimmed hat that changes color to match that of the wearer'sink. It has a thick dark stripe down the middle with the trademark "squideye" of theTentatek logo on it in white, as well as sections of light-colored polka dots on either side. On the brim, which is the same dark color as the stripe, theInkling text from the Tentatek logo is printed, also in white. Next to the text is a circular design which appears to be a black fish on an orange background. On the back of the cap, in the middle of the stripe, the text from the Tentatek logo is repeated in white. Next to it, on the section of polka dots, a pair of tiny black fish (or possibly airplanes) can be seen. These fish are easily overlooked due to their small size and placement.

The star level may be increased withSuper Sea Snails for 1 (second), 5 (third), 10 (fourth), or 20 (fifth) Super Sea Snails per star, or by purchasing additional copies of it from Naut Couture for 30,000 (second), 50,000 (third), 100,000 (fourth), or 200,000 (fifth) Cash per star. Increasing the star level to 2 stars will add another secondary ability slot for a total of three slots. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level.
