Appearance
The Arrow Toesies Blu are a pair of primarily blue and black colored sneakers with large golden loops in front of and behind the ankle. The shoes are well ventilated due to a complete lack of heels and toe caps, along with a mesh above the wearer's insteps. This component is partly covered with black arrow-patterned strips, topped with a black semicylinder with a dark gray Takoroka logo. Buttercup elastics connect both halves of the shoes, with the whole structure attached to a split dirty-white sole with an orange insole.

The Arrow Toesies Blu come withInk Recovery Up as the primaryability when purchased from a shop or ordered fromMurch. When purchased fromSplatNet 3, they come with any other primary ability normally available to Shoes. As a 0-star item, the Arrow Toesies Blu come with one additional slot for secondaryabilities. The star level may be increased withSuper Sea Snails for 1 (first), 1 (second), 5 (third), 10 (fourth), or 20 (fifth) Super Sea Snails per star, or by purchasing additional copies of them from Crush Station for 10,000 (first), 30,000 (second), 50,000 (third), 100,000 (fourth), or 200,000 (fifth) Cash per star. Increasing the star level to 1 or 2 stars will add a secondary ability slot per level, up to a maximum of three slots. Increasing the star level beyond 2 stars will increase the gear experience gained by a cumulative 3.333…% up to 10% additional experience at 5-star level. Sincethey are made by theTakorokagear brand, they have a higher chance of rollingSpecial Charge Up and a lower chance of rollingSpecial Power Up to fill their secondary ability slots.
