I dunno.I think if you're intermixing:        .set mipsN        .set mips0and        .set arch=FOO        .set arch=defaultyou're going to drive yourself up a wall, anyway.  (given theexistence of push/pop, i don't really see a strong need forarch=default...  but it doesn't bug me, either.  8-)cgd
