Registration Process in Somalia
The Investment Permit Application Process for Somalia is easy, simple and requires just few steps:
The steps may slightly different depending on the business form under which investors plan to operate their business.
In Somalia, foreign investors are allowed to incorporate a sole director company and register a fully owned local company without a local shareholder.
Registration Rules
The foreign investor has to register her business with the Registrar of companies at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (visithttp://moci.gov.so/en/).
