Minor Update: Post-jam Version 0.4

Needed to remedy a few tiny things, so pushed a quick little update:

• Fixed some culling issues with certain world objects not rendering properly
• Fixed some issues with some UI text not rendering properly
• Fixed an issue with a room not lining up with the map correctly
• Removed 
• Added support for controller d-pad navigation
• Added new UI prompt on map screen
• Added improved keypad graphic
