Your physical health is very important and can often affect your mental health so we’ll always look after both.

Our physical health and wellbeing booklet was produced by staff and service users and is in two parts:

1. Part one covers what physical health tests we can give you while you’re in hospital and why they are important
2. Part two provides advice for looking after your physical health and wellbeing at home

We’ve included a summary of the tests you can have and there’s also a sheet for you to write down your test results and notes on your progress.
