UTC+11:00 means a time zone that is 11 hours ahead ofCoordinated Universal Time or UTC. UTC is thestandardtime zone of theworld. Time zones are often named by how many hours they are different from UTC time. For example, UTC -5 (United States east coast) is 5 hours behind UTC.

InAustralia,Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) is normallyUTC+10, but withDaylight saving time it becomes UTC+11.
