Trespass is an area ofcriminal law ortort law where someone or a group of people go into an area where people are not supposed to go to or breaking into private property.[1]
Trespass to the person historically involved six separate trespasses: threats, assault, battery, wounding, mayhem (or maiming), and false imprisonment.[2]
