As an actor, he is best known for his performances in villainous roles, such as Lt. Col Podovsky inRambo: First Blood Part II,General Orlov in theJames Bond movieOctopussy,Victor Maitland inBeverly Hills Cop andAdolf Hitler in the TV mini-seriesWar and Remembrance.[1] He also played Det.
