Robert Charles Venturi, Jr. (June 26, 1925 – September 18, 2018) was anAmericanarchitect.[1][2] He was married to architectDenise Scott Brown.

In 1991, Venturi won thePritzker Prize.[3]

Venturi died on September 18, 2018 from complications ofAlzheimer's disease inPhiladelphia, Pennsylvania, aged 93.[4][5]
