Robert Cutler (1895 – 1974) was aU.S.administrator. He served asNational Security Advisor between 1953 and 1955, and again from 1957 to 1958. A graduate ofHarvard College andHarvard Law School and attorney and bank executive inBoston,Massachusetts before taking public office, he was the person to serve in the newly created position of National Security Advisor during theEisenhower Administration.
