Marty Friedman (born December 8th, 1962) is anAmerican guitarist. He is best known for being the main guitarist forthrash metal bandMegadeth from 1990 to 2000. He is also known for playing withJason Becker in the bandCacophony from 1986 to 1989. He has made 13 of his ownalbums, and gone on many tours. Since 2003, Friedman has lived inTokyo, Japan, and has been on over 700 Japanesetelevision shows.[2]
