Maeve Binchy Snell (or justMaeve Binchy; 28 May 1939[1] – 30 July 2012) was anIrishnovelist,playwright andshort story writer. Hernovels sold more than 40million copies worldwide.
Binchy was born inDublin,Ireland. She died there after a brief illness, aged 73.
