Lolland is the fourth-largest island ofDenmark.

About 63,000 people were living on this island in 2013.

It has an area of 1,243 km².

Lolland lies in the very south of Denmark, and nearGermany in theBaltic Sea.

Lolland has anoceanic climate, the highest temperature ever measured in Lolland was 35.9 °C (96.6 °F) on 20 July 2022.
