This article lists theheads of government ofSudan, from the creation of the office of Chief Minister in 1952 until the present day. The office of Prime Minister was abolished after the1989 coup d'état,[1] and recreated in 2017 whenBakri Hassan Saleh was appointed Prime Minister byPresidentOmar al-Bashir.[2]
