Laminated glass is a type ofsafety glass that holds together when glass breaks.[1] In the event of breaking, it is held in place by an interlayer, which might be made ofpolyvinyl butyral (PVB),ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), orthermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).[2] When broken, it caused a "spider web" crackpattern.
