Kenneth Welsh,CM (March 30, 1942 – May 5, 2022)^[1] was aCanadian-American movie and television actor (sometimes credited asKen Welsh). He was known for his roles inTwin Peaks and inThe Aviator. He also appeared inThe Day Reagan Was Shot and inThe Day After Tomorrow.

Welsh died on May 5, 2022 inToronto,Ontario fromcancer at the age of 80.^[2]
