Joseph Clemens Ruby (March 30, 1933 – August 26, 2020) was anAmericananimator,television editor, writer, andproducer. He was the co-founder withKen Spears of television animation production companyRuby-Spears Productions.[1] He was born inLos Angeles. He helped createScooby-Doo,Dynomutt, Dog Wonder, andJabberjaw.
Ruby died of natural causes on August 26, 2020 in Los Angeles, aged 87.[2]
