Howard Kendall (22 May 1946 – 17 October 2015) was an Englishfootballer and manager. He was born inRyton,County Durham.[3] He is most famous for managingEverton during one of their most successful periods. He was brieflychairman of the club and was also manager ofManchester City andBlackburn Rovers.[4][5]
