Grief is a reaction when someone or something loses something personal. This is usually when someone loses something living that hasdied, to which abond oraffection was formed. Reactions to grief can be different depending on the person. They cancry, bemad or even not react because they are inshock.[1]

Some people say that grief comes in five parts:[2]

  1. denial
  2. anger
  3. guilt
  4. depression
  5. acceptance
