Francis Joseph "Frank" McKenna,PC OC ONB QC (born January 19, 1948) is a Canadian businessman and formerpolitician anddiplomat. He is the Deputy Chairman of theToronto-Dominion Bank. He was theCanadian Ambassador to the United States from 2005 to 2006.[1] He was the27thPremier of New Brunswick from 1987 to 1997.[2]
