Francis James "Frank"Ivancie (July 19, 1924 – May 2, 2019) was anAmerican businessman and politician. He served asMayor ofPortland, Oregon, from 1980 to 1985. Before this, Ivancie served for fourteen years on thePortland City Council.

During his political career, Ivancie was aconservativeDemocrat.[1]

He died in California, U.S on May 2, 2019, at the age of 94.
