Frank Billings Kellogg (December 22, 1856 – December 21, 1937) was anAmericanlawyer,politician andstatesman. He served in theUnited States Senate and asUnited States Secretary of State. Kellogg was part of a group who wrote theKellogg-Briand Pact also known as the World Peace Act. For this, he won theNobel Peace Prize in 1929.[1]
