Francis Henry LeeCBE (29 April 1944 – 2 October 2023), also known asFranny Lee,[2][3][4] was an English professionalfootballer and businessman. After he stopped being a footballer, he served as thechairman and mainshareholder ofManchester City. On 2 October 2023, at the age of 79, Lee died after a longillness withcancer.[5]
