Exmoor is anational park inEngland. Theborder of two counties,Devon andSomerset, runs through it. It is an area ofsandstone hills which form tallcliffs on its north coast. The high ground of Exmoor is mostly roughgrassland, but there are smallwoodlands on its lower slopes.
In Exmoor is an important waterreservoir,Wimbleball Lake.
It is also famous for theExmoor Pony.
