Eric Allen Stonestreet (born September 9, 1971) is anAmerican actor and comedian. He is best known for his role as Cameron Tucker in theABCmockumentary sitcomModern Family (since 2009). The role has earned him twoEmmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. He first became known for his role as Ronnie Litre in theCBS crime-dramaCSI: Crime Scene Investigation. He has also appeared in the moviesBad Teacher (2011),Identity Thief (2013) andThe Secret Life of Pets (2016).
