TheDivision of Murray was anAustralian Electoral Division in thestate ofVictoria.
It was located in the north of the state, next to theMurray River, which forms Victoria's border withNew South Wales. It included the towns ofShepparton,Echuca,Cobram,Yarrawonga,Boort andBridgewater.
Murray was created in 1949. It was named after the Murray River, which itself was named afterBritishSecretary of State for War and the ColoniesSir George Murray.
The Division was abolished in 2019 and renamedNicholls.
