Danny Kaye (bornDavid Daniel Kaminsky; January 18, 1911 – March 3, 1987)[2] was an American actor, comedian, singer, and dancer. He hosted his own television show,The Danny Kaye Show. He has also starred in many movies.

Kaye died on March 3, 1987 inLos Angeles, California fromheart failure andinternal bleeding caused byhepatitis C, aged 76.[3][4]
