Coffs Harbour (Kumbainggar:Garlambirla) is acity on the north coast ofNew South Wales,Australia. It is 540 km north ofSydney and 440 km south ofBrisbane. Coffs Harbour is famous for itsbananas and is also an important diving spot. It also has a campus of theSouthern Cross University.[3] It is the home of theBig Banana, atourist attraction andamusement park. There arepassenger trains to and from Sydney and Brisbane.[4]
