Cocoa butter

Cocoa butter, also calledtheobroma oil, is the pale-yellow, purevegetable fat of thecacao bean. It is used to make solid chocolate bars, and mixed withcocoa powder to make solid pieces of chocolate. Cocoa butter is removed from the cacao beans and can be used to makechocolate,pharmaceuticals,ointments, andtoiletries.[1] Cocoa butter has a mild chocolateflavor andsmell. It is one of the most stable fats known.
