Chiniot District (Urdu:ضلع چنیوٹ) is a city in thePunjab province ofPakistan. It is on left bank of theChenab River on the Sargodha to Faisalabad road. About 1.5 milion people live there. Chiniot is at latitude 31.7200 and longitude 72.9789.
