Adam Richard Sandler (born September 9, 1966) is an American actor and comedian. His family isJewish, and descends from Russian Jewish immigrants on both sides. He is best known for comedymovies, such asHappy Gilmore,The Wedding Singer,Little Nicky,Spanglish,I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry,You Don't Mess with the Zohan andUncut Gems. He also starred in a dramatic role forReign Over Me.
