The2023 UEFA Europa Conference League final was the final match of the2022–23 UEFA Europa Conference League, the second season of Europe's tertiary clubfootball tournament organised byUEFA. The final was played at theFortuna Arena inPrague,Czech Republic.[2][3] The final was contested betweenWest Ham United andFiorentina. The final was won by West Ham United 2–1 to secure their firstUEFA Europa Conference League title. They qualified for the group stage of the2023–24 UEFA Europa League.[4][5]
