The comfortable mattress made sleeping easy, yet the air conditioning was problematic.

Beautiful hotel, clean hotel, with easy access to the river and a fitness center that helped me keep up my routine during my stay.

Liked everything.

The one-bedroom king suite was a comfortable retreat with a clean, modern feel. The meals served at the riverfront restaurant were a highlight, especially the homemade bread that truly stood out. Service from the waitstaff was impeccable, making the dining experience enjoyable. However, the neighborhood had noticeable issues with safety, as many homeless individuals were present nearby, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere outside of the hotel’s secure perimeter.

We loved our time here! The staff was super nice, especially in the lounge. The outside patio is perfect for relaxing. Free parking and nice walking distance to fun spots. Rooms were cozy but not huge. Gallery-style shower was a bit dark, but the overall vibe and cleanliness made for a chill stay. Grab drinks at the bar, the view of the river is epic!

the renaissance offers an amazing bed and a beautifully clean corner king suite. the boutique style is refreshing and a nice change from larger hotels. it's close to the city center, making it easy to explore. the outdoor pool and fitness center were great to have, and the friendly staff truly stood out during our stay.

I recently stayed for one night in a One-Bedroom King Suite with City View. The views from my corner suite were breathtaking. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a lovely sight of the mountains and river. The decor had a modern feel, and the room felt cozy and inviting. The shower was spacious, and the toiletries provided were top-notch. I loved the restaurant's riverside dining option. enjoying drinks while gazing at the water added a nice touch. However, the lighting in the room could use improvement. It felt a bit dark, which made it hard to see clearly at times. I also noticed the noise from the hallway came through a bit too much, especially late at night. The staff were friendly and attentive, which really enhanced my stay. I enjoyed my time and would consider coming back. Just hoping for a little more comfort with lighting and sound.

this was my second stay in reno and the hotel exceeded my expectations. the views of the truckee river from the restaurant were breathtaking, and the staff were genuinely attentive. the restaurant's menu offered delicious drinks, adding to a great long weekend.

It was a decent place for an overnight stay in Reno with great value. The front desk staff was super friendly and gave us a late check-out. Make sure to request any extra amenities you might need during your stay.

I had a wonderful stay and really appreciated how clean my Queen Guest Room was and the awesome drinks at the Shore Room where Katy always kept my glass full. I also loved unwinding in the spa lounge and taking a dip in the pool. The coffee shop could use better service and longer hours, but that didn't take away from my overall great experience! 😊
