Reports state that the 221 dwt fishing vessel Kinei Maru No. 31 was inKesennuma,Japan when the tsunami struck.  Eight crewmen were known to have survived and have left Japan for Indonesia on March 20, 2011.  No reports on where the vessel is located now.
