100% recommend for overnight stay

Stunning view, excellent service, with our room offering an amazing view of the river and quick access to the riverwalk just steps away from our room.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized.

The river view was stunning, but the shower was lukewarm.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We loved the fantastic view of the Riverwalk and made it just in time for the Navy Pier fireworks. The location was perfect for visiting Millennium Park and grabbing bites at nearby restaurants. Just a heads-up, the facilities could use some updates, but the overall experience was enjoyable.

One downside was the lukewarm shower. I was hoping for something much hotter, but it was manageable.

The fitness center, while well-equipped, felt cramped at times due to its prime location. Lastly, the temperature control in the room wasn't consistent, which kept me adjusting throughout the night.

We had a fab time here! The staff was super friendly and really helpful. Loved the daily free Garrett popcorn- such a nice touch! Our room was clean with an amazing view of the river. The only bummer was the tiny drink prices at the shop, kinda crazy for just a soda. But honestly, the location is perfect for exploring!

I recently stayed at Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk and loved my time there! The Deluxe Double Room with River View was fantastic, offering breathtaking views. The pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day, and the breakfast at the restaurant was quite satisfying. The location made it easy to explore the city's attractions.

The only downside was that some amenities could use updates.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room River View, and the views were absolutely breathtaking! I woke up to the shimmering Chicago River right outside my window, making every morning feel magical. The indoor swimming pool was a perfect oasis, allowing me to relax after exploring the vibrant city.

I loved the elegant decor and spacious lobby, which made it easy to navigate. The staff were wonderfully accommodating, ensuring that I was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay.

Rooms need better temperature control for comfort.

i stayed at sheraton for 2 nights, and the location was perfect. close to everything we wanted to see! the deluxe double room with river view was lovely, and the pool was fantastic. the breakfast at the restaurant was good, too! the fitness center had everything we needed for a great workout.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the fitness center. The staff were so kind to my elderly parents on our first visit, which I will always remember. Michael and John always go above and beyond to help. I can’t wait to come back for Christmas!
