Tiled2Unity 1.0.12.4 Released

Some small fixes for this release:

Fixed import scripts to work with older versions of Unity 5.x
Import scripts fixes when running Unity in languages that use the comma character in floating point numbers
Logging output has been reduced drastically as this was slowing down opening and exporting TMX files. (use the -V or --verbose command line to bring verbose info messages back)
Tiled2Unity utility no longer crashes if it can't find a TSX file referenced by the map
2015 VC++ Redist DLLs included for Skia Sharp library

That last point should fix up users that couldn't preview their maps before exporting. Tiled2Unity uses the excellent Skia Sharp graphics library to render previews but it had some additional dependencies that not everyone had. Should be all good now. :)
