Warning! This post contains SPOILERS for Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man episode 9 & 10

The final episodes ofYour Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man are now streaming on Disney+, bringing the exciting first season of the new animated series to a close. Finally wearing his classic red and blue spider suit and evolving into the hero he was always meant to become,Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man episodes 9 & 10 reveal a major time paradox involving Doctor Strange as Peter embraces the future as New York's resident Wallcrawler. Likewise, there are several Easter eggs throughout both finale episodes, many of which tease what's to come in future seasons of the new show and its alt-MCU timeline.

By the end ofYour Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man episodes 6,7, & 8, Peter Parker was nearly killed by Mac Gargan's Scorpion, and the experience saw him questioning what kind of Spider-Man he wanted to be as his mentor Norman Osborn encouraged him to stop holding back to claim respect for his great power. Now, Spider-Man gets a rematch with Scorpion before teaming up with Doctor Strange to fight an alien monster (quite literally bringing the entire first season full circle). To that end, here are 17 of the biggest Easter eggs and references we found inYour Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man episodes 9 & 10.

17"117 Ratifying Countries"

Sokovia Accords

An incarcerated Otto Octavius bemoans the copious spelling errors he's found within the Sokovia Accords, which did indeed have 117 countries supporting it in the main MCU as well.

16Blue Fin Breakdown II

A billboard in the background ofYour Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man episode 9 can be seen for some type of pirate-themed movie or game, likely a nod to Rockstar'sRed Dead Redemption II.

15"Are You Super-Soldier Now?"

Lonnie Powers in Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man

Lonnie Lincoln is exposed to a chemical that was held in Otto Ocatvius' lab, granting him super strength and durable skin. As such,Spider-Man questions if Lonnie's now a super soldier like Captain America, and replicating the Super Soldier Serum was likely Octavius' goal with this chemical.

14Spider-Man's Rage Mirroring No Way Home

Peter tries to kill Mac Gargan's Scorpion after he seemingly kills Lonnie and threatens to kill everyone Peter loves, only for Lonnie to stop him before the Webslinger goes too far. This mirrors Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man inNo Way Home, stoppingTom Holland's Peter Parker before he could kill Willem Dafoe's Green Goblin in a similar state of rage.

13Diox-3 Confirmed

Securing Otto's tech that the 110th Gang tries to steal,Norman confirms one of the only damaged vials was Diox-3, the chemical Lonnie was exposed to. Diox-3 is the same chemical agent responsible for Tombstone's abilities in the original Marvel Comics.

12"If This Be My Destiny..."

This is the title forYour Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Manepisode 10,a reference to the iconic Spider-Man story in the comics where Spider-Man gets trapped beneath heavy machinery and finds the strength to lift it and free himself. This same moment was also recreated in the main MCU withTom Holland's Spider-Man in 2017sSpider-Man: Homecoming.

1121 Jump St.

Having no idea what Norman Osborn is talking about when he accuses the Sorcerer Supreme of attacking Midtown,Doctor Strange references21 Jump St, promising that he doesn't go undercover at schools to then blow them up.

10A Classic Doctor Strange Name Joke

Spider-Man's team-up with Doctor Strange opens with a classic gag about the Sorcerer Supreme's name. Telling the Wallcrawler that he's "Strange", Spider-Man replies that he's no more strange than the gooey alien trying to kill them. Naturally, the same brand of joke can be heard more than once in the main MCU timeline.

9Dark Dimension

Doctor Strange tries to exile the symbiote into the Dark Dimension (first seen in 2016'sDoctor Strange). However, Spider-Man accidentally went into the realm of Dormammu after the alien, forcing the Sorcerer Supreme to bring them both back out.

8A Hive of Symbiotes

Attempting to send the alien symbiote back to its home in space,a massive hive of multiple symbiote heads can be seen, suggesting that the original symbiote may have indeed come from Klyntar, the homeworld of the symbiotes in the original Marvel Comics.Klyntar is also a prison for Knull the Symbiote God who made his live-action debut inVenom: The Last Dance.
