  • From the beginning of the show, the series has proved to be imaginative, creepy, and full of heart all at once. It's got the fun of friend groups that you might find in movies like The Goonies, but the terror you might find in something from Stephen King's catalog. It's been a lot of fun to watch the main cast of child actors grow up and hone their skills throughout the series, and it's also been fascinating to see how the mythology of the series has grown within the stories. While some of the storylines might have been a little meandering, and the wait between seasons feels a little too long, Stranger Things has remained a top-notch drama throughout.

I was late to Stranger Things, but I understand how it has built up a strong following. It lures you in with its 80s nostalgia, but the character work is what keeps you invested. While certain characters get sidelined depending on which season is airing, each one has been allowed to leave an impression, and its penchant for having fan-favorite single-season characters is more than proof of the quality of the character work. That could be a hindrance in its final season, as it is tasked with bringing each story to a close, but only time will tell.

Stranger Things has been a strong show throughout its entire run. The biggest downside to it, though, is how long is has taken between the final few seasons. Feels like some of the hype has been lost. Some really remarkable characters in this show and a great time period and setting.

I grew up in the 80s. This series set in 80s is comfortable and nostalgic; love all the music. Am hearing some songs I don't remember and may have never heard.

Overall, a great program. Well written, as you care for the characters. As many are, am looking foward to season 5.

There is a lot to love about Stranger Things. Over the course of 4 seasons so far, it's built an elaborate and familiar world, with characters that have distinct personalities to help them through the adventures they face. The show has a kinship with D&D, and that is made abundantly clear throughout, but it does genuinely feel like a group of great storytellers coming together to create the best collaborative story, which is incredibly fun. The actors, despite their young ages, are also brilliantly cast and talented.

Stranger Thingsis a amazingly crazy good show!! It doesn't matter if you're someone who's younger or older, it's definitely family friendly!! It will take hold of your emotions and take you for a ride, a beautiful ride! Honestly the only downfall is how long you'll have to wait in-between seasons. All 4 seasons are available to watch on Netflix, (must pay for a monthly or yearly subscription) and the finale season (season 5) is supposed to be available to watch through Netflix some time in 2025. Stranger Things is one of the very few series that I like to watch over & over again . God Bless!!

Stranger Thingsis an incredibly uneven show; the first season is one of the best seasons of modern television thanks to its strong writing and visuals, but the next two seasons have increasingly diminishing returns with much weaker and repetitive writing wrapped around a bland villain, only for season 4 to bring things back to season 1's peak with even better writing and action and a far more interesting villain to deal with. It's worth watching with the caveat that it has far more lows than highs, but with how strong season 4 was, season 5 will hopefully end things on a high note.

Stranger Things is a pretty fantastic series that always makes me feel nostalgic, even though I didn't grow up in the 80s. The acting is phenomenal and you can easily feel the characters' emotions because the actors portray them so well. It is easy to become wrapped up in the mysteries and adventure of the show instantly and although that latter season haven't been as strong as the earlier ones, it's a wonderful show nonetheless.

Is it just a web series? No, Stranger Things is an emotion. Why to end it by season 5? It should be continued till eternity.

When I was younger I wasn’t allowed to watch this show. We kept going away from it and coming until finally I was able to watch it. After the first few episodes I couldn’t stop watching this with my mom. And then we got to season 4 as volume 2 came out and could not believe what I had just witnessed at that ending. Some finales are tear jerking cliffhangers, some are very relieving. I can’t wait to see where they take it with this next season.
