Could use a bit of editing in tone and diction. While the picture is brilliant and I like the basic effect, I feel like this would be better if it didn't just kill anyone who breathed it in or touched it. Neutral.
I was not aware neurotoxin caused a rash. I'm pretty sure neurotoxi n does not work that way. I kinda don't get it. toxic plant chemicals?
Living the dream, or dreaming the life?
The picture really makes it. Upvoted.
It does need a bit of work, though. I spotted a few grammatical errors, so I may have to go back through the article.
I liked it quite a bit. I enjoy SCPs that make me go "What the actual fuck." in a good way.

Feels like it needs a good layer of polish before it's up to snuff, but this certainly has the core idea down. Personally, I don't think this needs to be oddly lethal; merely breathing in the gasses produced in high concentrations would muck up the body well enough.
Image is, as commented, glorious; it's a good one to build an SCP around.
Not too bad. Upvoted.
Were I you, I would ditch or at least trim down the last addendum. Half the fun for me in SCPs is wondering where they come from; throwing theories at us doesn't do much for me.
This. Also, isn't "it makes plants quickly come up" weird enough? Why do they have to be dangerous alien plants? After all, if they're not using photosynthesis, why are the plants in the image green?
Weird science?
Magic and technology, voodoo dolls and chants, electricity.
As for the deadly bit, that's rather where the "toxic" in "toxic terraforming" comes from.
I like the idea that the terraforming isn't toxic at all. These things are giving off a perfectly hospitable, breathable atmosphere forsomeone out there. Spread enough of this over our little blue world with its caustic oxygen atmosphere, and it becomes a lovely new home… just not for us.
Why do they have to be dangerous alien plants?
Because the thought of a weird chemical turning everything into normal plants is strange, but turning stuff intonearly impossible plants is even stranger. And that's good.
