To clarify something:
You don't need any prior knowledge of anything to understand this. It's the Oneroi "internet" (except the internet here consists of minds instead of computers) and Xiupania is a "skip" in Oneroi space. The oneroi format is interconnected minds in the form of a search crawl.

This is fucking insane, but amazing. I'm getting this "really, really, really fucked up Second Life or something" feel from this, except it's kind of real, but it's also kind of not…I upvoted.

Generally, I don't like Oneiroi, but I was very into this format. Until you started mimicking current events, anyway. And what the hell is that last part supposed to be?

Why is seeking information about an enemy bad? Does having more knowledge about Xiupania make Xupania stronger or something?
Regardless, upvoted this hard. I was hooked from the moment I read the 'ethnic groups' info in the sidebar.
