Note (おんぷちゃん?,Onpu-chan) is an eighth note that appears prominently inRhythm Heaven.
Story
Upon launchingRhythm Heaven, Note helps the player with creating a save file. Three Notes can also appear in the flickable icon on theTitle screen. Note appears as one of the slots inSlot Monster, and in the epilogue toRemix 10, traveling by boat toRhythm Heaven. Note also appears in the icon and Beginners and Pros enroll buttons forBattle of the Bands.
Note appears inRhythm Tengoku Gold Comic01 リズムにのってはじくの巻き (Flicking to the Rhythm by Maki), watching afrog and girl play the game. InRhythm Heaven Fever, Note appears inPolice Call and in theCafé.

- Note's prominence inRhythm Heaven is similar to other characters such asSamurai Drummer andMarshal. Although these characters are considered the "host" of their respective games,The Bandleader is considered the "host" ofRhythm Heaven instead.
- The appearance of three Notes on theTitle screen and four Notes inPolice Call show that Note is a species rather than an individual character.
- Although in other languages Note's gender is ambiguous, Note's Italian name implies Note is female.
