This machine is a cat-shaped toy with buttons on its face. It has speakers for ears, closed eyes, and a standard cat mouth. The background is yellow, with darker yellow text which saysNeko Machine (ネコ マシーン^?,Cat Machine).

The buttons resemble the button configuration of the Game Boy Advance. The buttons that represent ✚ are labeledBreak (ブレイク^?,Bureiku), and the A and B buttons are labeledPhrase (フレーズ^?,Furēzu).
